Are your chocolate and cashews fair trade?

Our cacao bean collectors are beyond fairly treated and paid for their efforts. Our cashews come whole and are from Equal Exchange.

Why do you soak & dehydrate your cashews?

Among other impurities, enzyme inhibitors exist in unsoaked nuts, making them hard to digest. When we soak and rinse them, it leaves only the good stuff. Any nut or seed becomes alive once it is soaked. It is the natural way of releasing its life force energy to grow.

Why do you use a stone grinder to make your products?

Mixing with a stone grinder enables our food to stay at low temperatures in order to protect all it’s nutrients. Stone grinding our creations produces a smooth and creamy texture.

What is the best way to eat your products?

The great thing about having our creations in glass jars is that you can take it anywhere, eat as much as you want, whenever you want! Eat it by the spoonful, smother your waffles and pancakes, mix it into your oatmeal, spread it on rice cakes, make a banana boat, mix it with fruit… the list is endless. Do your products need refrigeration?

No, all our products are shelf stable for a minimum of one year from date of creation and freshest for 6 months after opening.
